At M.K Lighting, we are proud manufacturers of customized chandeliers designed specifically to meet our clients' unique space, style, and architectural needs. Each chandelier is made-to-order after detailed discussion and final approval from the client regarding the size, material, finish, and installation method.
Because our chandeliers are not mass-produced or stocked items, they hold no resale or reuse value for other customers. These are bespoke lighting fixtures built for a particular location — whether it’s a banquet hall, duplex house, hotel lobby, or temple. Hence, we do not accept return or exchange requests once the production has started or the order has been dispatched.
We take all required approvals (design, size, finish, etc.) from the customer before initiating the order and share final photos and videos before dispatch. Therefore, we expect our buyers to carefully check all specifications before confirming their order with us.
Return & Exchange Policy for Custom Chandeliers
This return & exchange policy for custom chandeliers applies to all made-to-order products offered by M.K Lighting. As each chandelier is uniquely crafted to suit specific spaces, designs, and preferences, it is important for our customers to review this policy carefully before placing an order.
No Return & No Exchange Conditions
- Returns are strictly not accepted as all chandeliers are built as per individual client requirements and cannot be resold or reused.
- Exchanges are not possible as each order involves detailed planning, material sourcing, frame building, crystal arrangement, and electrical wiring tailored to your project.
- Once the production is initiated, no cancellation or modification will be allowed due to the personalized nature of work.
- If the chandelier is damaged during transit, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos. Late claims will not be entertained.
- Minor variations in color, size, or brightness due to screen or lighting differences are not considered valid reasons for return or replacement.
- All products are quality-checked and tested before dispatch. Final images and videos are shared with the client prior to shipment.
We encourage all our clients to double-check design approval, ceiling height, finish, chandelier size, mounting style, and wiring compatibility before final confirmation. Our team is available to guide you at every step of the design process.
